Ledger, statements and payments go to the accounts line. Sending a design question to accounts, or a ledger question to the design line, only slows you down.

We sell only to the trade, so a first order needs one of these ready to send on WhatsApp:
- your visiting card, or
- your GST number.
That is the whole verification. Existing buyers are not asked again.
Rates are quoted per lot, on WhatsApp, in writing. A wholesale rate moves with the fabric, the work, the size of the lot and the season, so a number printed here would be wrong for most lots. Send a design name and the current rate comes back on the same thread as the photograph — Kanya AI is on that line around the clock, so you are not waiting for office hours.
