What we do with your number
Short version: we use your WhatsApp number to send you designs, and nothing else. You can stop it in one word. We do not sell it, share it or hand it to anybody, and this website itself collects nothing at all.

The WhatsApp design channel
What opting in means
You opt in by sending us a WhatsApp message yourself from your own phone. Tapping a button on this site only opens WhatsApp with the message already typed — until you press send, nothing has happened and we have no record of you. We do not add anyone from a purchased list, a trade directory or a group.
What you get
One message a day. Up to ten designs in it. Each design comes with a photograph, the base fabric, and whether it is on the shelf. If there is a large lot or a seasonal announcement, that same one message gets longer — you do not get a second one. Beyond that you only hear from us in reply to something you asked, or with an update on an order you placed.
How to stop it
Write STOP in that WhatsApp chat, or tap the opt-out button in any message. It stops immediately and permanently. Nobody rings you to ask why, and you are not added again unless you send a fresh opt-in yourself. Hindi mein: us chat mein sirf STOP likh dijiye — wahin ruk jaata hai, koi call nahi aayegi.
What we keep, and for how long
Your WhatsApp number, the name and firm you tell us, your city, and the record of what you were sent and what you asked for. It lives in our own system in Ahmedabad and is used for exactly two things: sending you designs, and running your orders and dispatch. When you opt out we stop sending and keep only what the law requires us to keep against invoices we have already raised.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent or trade your number.
- We never pass it to another supplier, agent or marketing service.
- We never add you to a WhatsApp group.
- We never use the design channel for ledger chasing — accounts run on a separate number, below.
Ledger and payment matters
Statements, outstanding, payment confirmations and transport documents are handled on the accounts number, +91 96386 88999, and by e-mail at accounts@kanyacreation.com. That is a different desk from the design channel, and the two are deliberately not mixed.
This website
No cookies, no analytics, no trackers
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics — no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no heatmap, no session recorder. It loads nothing from any third party: no web fonts, no icon fonts, no CDN, no chat widget, no embedded video player. Every file the page requests comes from kanyacreation.com. There is no login, no form and no database behind this site, so there is nothing here for us to collect even if we wanted to.
This is enforced, not just promised: the build script that publishes this site refuses to publish if any page requests a third-party script, stylesheet or font.
The Kanya AI panel on this page
When you tap a WhatsApp button, a small panel opens and asks your name, firm, city and whether you have bought from us before, so that the WhatsApp message arrives already carrying it instead of starting cold.
That panel sends nothing anywhere. It has no server to talk to and no
key of any kind. What you type stays in your own browser's local storage, on
your own device, under the name kai.profile.v1, purely so you are
not asked the same four questions on your next visit. It holds your name, firm, city,
whether you are a new buyer, the last fabric and topic you looked at, a visit count and
the date it was saved.
The panel has a “Bhool jao” (forget me) button that erases all of it from your browser at once. Clearing your browser data does the same. We never see it either way — the only thing that reaches us is the WhatsApp message you choose to send.
Your server logs
Our hosting provider keeps ordinary web-server logs (IP address, page requested, time) for security and troubleshooting, as every website does. We do not analyse them, build profiles from them or join them to anything.
Links off this site
Buttons on this site open WhatsApp, Google Maps and our social profiles. Once you are there you are on their service and their privacy policy applies, not ours.
Your choices, and who to ask
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold against your number, correct it, or delete it. Please write from the number or e-mail address we know you by, so we can be sure it is you.

If we change this policy we change the date at the top of the page. We will not start doing something new with your number and tell you about it quietly — a change in what the channel sends you is announced in the channel.
